During a coaching engagement, I use a system of assessments, goal setting and incremental change that is customized for each person. It is my privilege to witness, support, and empower my clients on their journeys to self-knowledge and self-mastery.

I benefited tremendously from being coached when I was an Associate Director at a fast-paced biotech company.  The coaching relationship is a powerful container that enables the coachee to make changes in their life they were unable to create on their own.  I continue to receive life and professional coaching now because I have new goals and ways I want to learn about myself.

My three-step process creates a customized plan for each client to amplify their strengths, work through development obstacles, and move forward with an inspiring vision for their personal legacy.



Phase 1: Assess

We set the foundation for our work together through assessments, interviews and vision exercises. This includes:

  • 360 degree feedback from mentors, managers, and peers

  • Enneagram personality assessment to highlight your strengths and potential blindspots

  • Guided exploration of your career history and aspirations

Phase 2: Plan

Establish a coaching plan to move toward your next level of leadership. Together, we will create:

  • A comprehensive development plan built upon the findings of your assessments

  • A Personal Legacy Statement that describes the impact and brand you want to create in your current role and the next phase of your career

Phase 3: Practice

The key to integrating the strategies we discuss during sessions is small consistent practice in your life.

  • Actions are customized for each individual and based on proven strategies for mindset and behavioral change

  • With each of these “experiments”, we emphasize self-compassion and playful discovery

  • Results are measured and considered throughout the engagement

  • Together, we create a post-engagement development plan for your continued growth
